L'ile noire

During my cousin's wedding in Frejus (South of France) we came across this island that looked vaguely familiar... after confirmation from the locals, it turned out to be the very same island Hergé used as inspiration for his album ' Tintin et L'ile noire'! Pretty cool I thought!
Hergé is known for his thorough research.
